Health

Health of Fenog's employees is a matter of importance to everybody, and that the company's future success is linked to the health and well being of Fenog staff. Teams of health specialists monitor staff health in Fenog's main offices and on sites wherever Fenog people are working. They give advise on health hazards and screen the health of individuals on a regular basis.

Fenog also establishes policies and pursues practices that cascade, and saturate, the working environments of staff, contractors and partners which include

  • Ensuring the good health and happiness of Fenog employees, by undertaking evaluation of potential health hazards in Fenog offices, sites of installation and other worksites in the field.
  • Minimising the risk factors likely to affect negatively the health of Fenog workers.
  • Conducting health awareness programmes to educate Fenog workers about health hazards and how to minimise them.
  • Taking precautionary measures in the interests of health such as special uniforms and equipment to protect health.
  • Ensuring all workers understand the health standards laid down by Fenog senior management and their individual responsibility to ensure their enforcement
