Journey Management has become an integral part of Fenog Policy Statement base on the importance of the safety, health and environment conservation to the company. In line with these, journey planning has be given adequate attention as regard the movement of goods, personnel and equipment in ensuring they meet the minimum requirement of her clients. Based on these the following program has been put in place to be adhering strictly to by persons in charge (PIC).

Community Relations

Fenog Nigeria Limited has deemed it necessary to accord community related issue top priority in planning and execution of our projects. Host community who are considered stakeholders should be introduced to by the client's representatives, and thereafter a mutual understanding shall be reached between Fenog Nigeria Limited , the community or communities and the client on how to meet the following:

Assistance provided to the host community or communities developmental projects.

Short Service Employee Program (SSEP)

It is the responsibility and management intent in ensuring the safety, health of her employee that a short service employee program (SSEP) has been designed to enhance and create necessary awareness as regard safety and environmental matters in the employees. This programme usually give special consideration to employees with less than 6 months working experience in a particular job, via safety workshops, seminars, practical on the job training etc.
